Far in the frigid north is the tiny hamlet of Solstice, so isolated from the rest of civilisation that it is reachable only through a portal at our main hub.
While it may be most active only during the height of midwinter around the time of its namesake winter solstice, its inhabitants seek the assistance of traveling Exiles year round, offering rewards in the form of Pippi gold, Cthulhu Coins, and several powerful pets. During the winter solstice, a great tree is erected, and for twelve consecutive days, those who brave the icy winds and blistering cold may collect gifts left there by the town's patron, Father Niklaus. He and Ms. Klaus may also have special tasks for you during this time.
