My whole life.. I've had traveling bones.. the only way I knew how to beat the loneliness was to keep moving. As an orphan, I never quite felt like I belonged or fit in anywhere.. I hitch hiked and hopped freight trains across the country for several years in search for a place to find peace. It wasn't until I landed here, hidden among strange aeons, where I found a community that I finally felt I belonged to. I love art and being creative and I love the social aspects of online gaming. I established Sanctum of Cthulhu in June of 2020, at the very beginning of the pandemic. Building this community was the perfect way to remedy the isolation that it caused. It has brought me incredible joy and fulfillment and given me a sense of purpose and pride. ❤️ Thank you for taking the time to learn more about us! I hope I get the chance to learn more about you! Hi, I'm Hex, I'm from Manchester in the UK but have been living in the US since 2004, and I'm a humongous Conan and Mythos nerd who has had more fun helping this community than I have in a very long time. As the server's Head Loremaster, it's my responsibility to flesh out races and factions, and fill quests with appropriate dialogue, whether it be fun or serious, and once upon a time I added a dickbutt trinket back when the server mod was just getting started. That alone should tell you pretty much everything you need to know about me :v

My name is Santos and I am from Boston Massachusetts. I was raised in a magical tradition currently known as Stregheria. I ahve been a ministerial councelor for 30 years and love to see people grow and evolve into their true, beautiful selves. I have over 5,000 hours in Conan and am grateful to have found myself accepted into the Sanctum of Cthulhu community, the best community going! I not only love to play the game, I also love to Mod it. My first and only Conan exiles mod was created for SoC. When I am not playing/Admining Conan, I am adventuring in other survival craft games or attending/teaching classes on various spiritual/magical subjects. I love to see people come together, share laughs, and forge memories. I have been a proud member of the SoC community since Nov 26th 2023.

I’m from North Texas, where the brisket is tender and the schedules are not—I juggle life as a performing musician, jewelry designer, personal assistant to our beloved local elders, and ops manager for an international company, plus I’ve been an SoC admin since June 2025 (because sleep is for casuals). I wear so many hats my closet qualifies as a haberdashery, but the one I love most is “community wrangler.” I play games, sure, but I live to help everyone else have an awesome time, and building this place with you all fills my little goblin heart with joy. I’ve tried a lot of game communities, and SoC is the one that felt like home—best crowd on the internet. Lucky to be here, thrilled to be with you, and wildly excited to see what chaos and glory we create next!

I’m a lifelong gamer across PC, CCGs, tabletop, and everything in between, with a competitive past that includes being a former ArcheAge world champion and a former Magic: The Gathering professional. Outside of games, I’m an avid music lover and devoted dog person. By day, I’ve spent the last 18 years working as an automotive technician, and I proudly have the most beautiful hair ever.

I’m a connoisseur of anime and fantasy shenanigans—dark elves for the drama, kobolds for the chaos—who proudly owns an entire wardrobe of grey t-shirts (50 shades of “laundry was easy”). I gamble recklessly in video games but not in real life, which is why my gacha luck is terrible and my credit score isn’t. When I’m not petting my resident floofer or squeaking over cute things, I’m gaming from VR to World of Warcraft like it’s a cross-training regimen for thumbs. I am, of course, the most humble person I know—just ask me, I’ll modestly confirm it. If you spot a greyscale goblin cheering for pixel jackpots and defending kobold honor, that’s me; say hi before I pull another ten-roll I’ll immediately regret.

Married to my favorite otter lover, Shaani, I’m a special education teacher by day and a chaos wrangler of two medium sized humans by… also day (and night). When I’m not crafting lesson plans, I’m crafting crafts, baking enough cookies to bribe bosses (in games and in life), and gaming to the soothing soundtrack of, “Mom, can you bring me the tissues (TP)?” I’ve been an admin on Sanctum since the start of 2024, where I keep the peace with equal parts patience and pastry. I adore llamas—majestic, fluffy judgment noodles—and aspire to their level of unbothered. If you need help, a laugh, or two giant, fluffy "Shaani pillows", I’m your person.
